At SD-05, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying the system. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
30-Day Unopened Returns
If you change your mind, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item(s) must be unused and unopened
- Item(s) must be in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved

60-Day Results Guarantee (Used Products)
We designed the SD-05 system to produce real, visible improvements when used consistently.
If you use the full system consistently for at least 60 days and do not see visible improvement in your skin, you may qualify for our 60-Day Results Guarantee.
The 60-day usage period begins on the confirmed delivery date according to the carrier tracking information.
If eligible, we will issue a full product refund, and you do not need to return the products.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Results Guarantee, customers must:
- Use the full SD-05 system consistently as directed
- Submit a refund request within 7 days after the 60-day usage period is complete
- Complete our usage questionnaire, which includes the option of providing before-and-after photos, or submitting a detailed written response on your experience
This helps us confirm good-faith use of the system and continue improving our products.
Important Notes
- Refunds apply to the product purchase price only
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Limit one Results Guarantee refund per customer/order
- SD-05 reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the policy
No Return Required for Used Products
For approved Results Guarantee claims, you do not need to send products back. If the products are not a fit for you, feel free to pass them along to someone who may benefit.
